FAQs
What is included in the price? The price includes official course materials, up to 2 attempts at the respected certification (PSPO1/2, PSM 1/2 etc) assessment, lifetime certification from Scrum.org and a 40% discount on the next level assessment.(for PSM 1 you get discount for PSM 2, for PSPO 1 you get discount for PSPO 2). You also get a 1 hour one and one time with the instructer.
How do I take the assessment? The assessment is taken online in your own time following the course. It can be taken from any internet-connected computer.
What is required to achieve the certification? The PSM 1 and PSPO1 assessments comprises 80 multiple-choice questions that must be completed in 60 minutes. The pass mark is 85%.
Can I attend from my country? Yes. Everyone is welcome at all of our courses. You can attend from anywhere!
Can I claim PMI PDU credits for attending the course? Yes. You can claim 14 PDU's for attending a course.
Do I need to pay VAT? It depends on where you live. If you are outside the UK then usually not
How Does the Booking and Payment Process Work? To reserve your spot in the class, a deposit payment is required at the time of booking. Once the class is confirmed to proceed (usually about a week before the start date), we will reach out with options to complete the remaining balance via bank transfer or credit card. If the class is canceled, you will have the option to reschedule for a future session or cancel your booking entirely. Should you choose to cancel, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Do you provide discounts ? Yes we provide discounts for Group booking (3+ students), returning customers. Get in touch for discounts
When do I receive joining details? You will receive joining instructions around 7 days before the start date of the course.
What happens if a class is rescheduled or cancelled? In the event that the class needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, primarily due to our trainer's availability or circumstances within our control, we will offer a complete refund or the option to change the date without any additional charges or deductions. You can cancel and receive a full refund up to 7 days before the start date of your course
